Important Information Regarding the Use of Our Services

FINSA Education

Our customer advisors, who provide financial services within the meaning of FinSA, completed FinSA training and successfully passed the exam.


We do not provide any financial services that require a licence under the Federal Financial Institutions Act or any other special law. Accordingly, we are not supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA or any supervisory organisation.

We handle all enquiries and complaints in accordance with our legal obligations

and internal procedures. In order to deal with your enquiry or complaint efficiently

and quickly, we will need your full name and contact details and, in as much detail

as possible, the reason for your enquiry or complaint, together with any relevant

documents.

We will acknowledge receipt of your enquiry or complaint and will send you a

response to your enquiry or complaint as soon as possible.

If you submit an enquiry or complaint to us, we may request additional information

from you which we need to verify your identity

If our response is not satisfactory to you and you therefore wish to initiate a

mediation process, you can contact the Ombudmans’ Office for Financial Service

Providers (OFD), of which we are a member:
